Who provides the app

Audio Joiner & MP3 Merger is provided by Solo Soft, operated by Alakbar Mursalov in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Audio files

You select audio using the system file picker on iPhone, iPad or Android. The app accesses only the files you choose and processes them locally. Finished audio is saved only to the location you select. Audio is not uploaded to Solo Soft or a third-party server.

Information stored on your device

The app stores limited local settings, including export preferences, usage counters or ad-display timing where applicable, and whether the applicable app store has reported an active Lifetime Pro entitlement. You can remove this information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and consent on Android

The free Android version uses Google AdMob. According to Google's SDK disclosure, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes. This data is encrypted in transit. Audio files and their contents are never provided to AdMob.

Where required, the Android app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent before asking for ads and offers a Privacy choices control so you can review or withdraw eligible choices. Lifetime Pro disables banner and interstitial ad requests. Read Google's privacy policy.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Optional Lifetime Pro purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed using RevenueCat. Solo Soft does not receive or store payment-card details.

RevenueCat generates an anonymous app user identifier and processes limited technical information such as device type and operating system, together with purchase information such as the product identifier, purchase token, transaction status and entitlement status. This information is used for app functionality, purchase validation, fraud prevention, restoration, customer support and aggregate purchase reporting. The app does not send RevenueCat your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location or audio files, and automatic advertising-identifier collection is disabled.

RevenueCat acts as a service provider for Solo Soft. Read RevenueCat's privacy policy. Apple and Google process purchase and account information under their respective privacy policies.

Data sharing and third-party services

On Android, Google AdMob receives the advertising-related information described above. Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat receive the limited purchase-related information described above to provide purchase services. Solo Soft does not sell personal information and does not provide audio files to these services.

Permissions and file access

The app uses the device's system document interfaces for input audio and output destinations. It does not request broad access to all files on your device. On Android, network access is also used for AdMob consent and advertising. Both platforms use network access for the applicable app store and RevenueCat purchase functionality; audio processing remains offline.

Children

The app is a general-audience audio utility and is not directed specifically to children. Solo Soft does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security and retention

Solo Soft does not receive or retain your audio files. Local preferences remain until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. RevenueCat retains purchase records and the anonymous app identifier as needed to provide and secure purchase services. To request access to or deletion of purchase-management data, email info@solosoft.az and include the relevant Apple or Google Play order ID if available. Solo Soft will use the request only to locate and process the corresponding record.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the app's functionality or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
