Data processed on your device
Serial numbers, camera images, check history, and preferences are processed or stored locally on your device. Camera images are used only for on-device text recognition and are deleted after processing. Solo Soft does not receive your scans, photos, or serial numbers.
Purchases
If you buy or restore Lifetime Pro, Google Play and RevenueCat process purchase and anonymous entitlement information so the app can validate and unlock Pro. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are not received by Solo Soft. RevenueCat acts as a service provider for purchase validation. Advertising
Free users may see ads supplied by Google AdMob. The app requests ads only after the Google User Messaging Platform reports that ads may be requested. An ad is shown only after it loads successfully, so unavailable or failed ads remain hidden. Lifetime Pro users do not request or see ads.
Depending on your region and choices, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, consent choices, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction or performance information to provide, measure, and protect advertising. Where required, the app presents Google's consent message and provides an Ad privacy choices entry in Settings. See Google's privacy policy and its advertising technologies page.
Analytics and crash diagnostics
The app uses Firebase Analytics to record limited product interactions such as a completed check, score tier, number of patterns, camera scan success or failure, and purchase-screen actions. These events do not include serial numbers, camera images, recognized text, check history, names, email addresses, or account details.
Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports and diagnostic information such as stack traces, app version, device and operating-system information, and state needed to diagnose a failure. Camera recognition exceptions may be recorded, but the captured image and recognized serial text are not attached. Firebase services are provided by Google; see Firebase privacy and security.
Accounts, children, and sharing
The app does not require an account. Solo Soft does not sell personal data or share scans, photos, or serial numbers. Service providers receive only the limited data described above. The app is not directed to children under 13.
Retention and deletion
Local check history can be cleared from the app's Settings. All local app data can also be deleted from Android system settings or by uninstalling the app. Google, Firebase, AdMob, Google Play, and RevenueCat retain service data under their respective policies. You can review available ad consent choices in the app's Settings when required in your region.
